Team Swap

Hi stamping friends! Happy Middle of the week Day!! Tomorrow is Valentines Day, how are you all doing today? Do you celebrate Valentines Day? My husband always work so we don't usually celebrate. When we do, we try to do the day before or after to avoid the crowd. And since he's working again, I'm planning a fun day with my little one after I pick her up from school, it should be fun!

And since I already posted a couple of Valentines project, I figure it was time for something different, like a Birthday Card, yay!! LOL!! Our team had a Birthday Card Theme for this month swap, so now that it happened already, I am posting here for you!

I knew I wanted to go "subtle" so nothing better than Pool Party, Petal Pink and Soft Sea Foam. Just LOVE these colors together!

Didn't forget to decorate the envelope, very important lol!!! I just love when I get a decorated envelope, but I know its a lot of work to do it all, but so worth it! ♥

This is a basic card that measures 4-1/4” x 11”, scored at 5-1/2”
The petal pink I just die cut form the largest rectangle die and from there I started building my layers.

Hope you enjoyed todays project and as usual do not hesitate to comment or send me a message if you have any questions. I love comments!

Have a great day friends! And Happy Valentines Day tomorrow! ♥♥

Happy Sunday!

Hello everyone!! Valentine is fast approaching and if you have little ones like me, you need some treats for their classmates, teachers, the peeps at the office, coaches and who knows who else, right?! So I decided to create something very simple that can be easily mass produced.
Up first, a tag that is SO easy to make, just die cut the heart shape, stamp, color and tie the little bow. Add some Wink of Stella for some sparkle and that is it! Attach to the chocolate and you are done! Love easy projects!

Then it's time for this little container that I found at The Dollar Tree. I knew immediately that I had to get it, LOVE decorating containers!!

Another easy one! Die cut all the pieces, color, make the tag, tie the bows and tag to the container and they are ready for gifting. Love how this one turned out!

A little suggestion if you like "sprinkles" I used all the inside hearts from the border die and added to the container to make it even more special, so cute! But save some to use on the tag above! ;-) Add some Red Velvet Truffles from Lindt (my VERY favorite chocolate brand, they are AMAZING!) and you will make someone very happy!

Hope you enjoyed today's project and if you have any question, please send me a message or comment here! Thank you and have a fabulous week!!

Sweet Stampede Blog Hop!

Hello there everyone!! And welcome to the Sweet Stampede Blog Hop! I am SO excited to be participating this month as this is my very first Blog Hop, yay!
So today we are showcasing products from the Sale-a-Bration catalog. And believe me, there is so many goodies in there, have you checked it out?

Without further ado, here is my first project, it's an adorable set of note cards made with the fabulous narrow note cards and envelopes.

What I love about this item is that the cards come ready to decorate, they are even scored for you, yay! It was really easy and fast to put this together, a breeze project!  AND.... the butterflies are a FREE paper from the Sale-a-Bration catalog AND the ribbon is also FREE. Unfortunately the ribbon is not orderable right now (I know, boohoo!), but they will become available again in March, so be patient!

Here is the envelopes, I kept really simple, but I love when envelopes are stamped or decorated. ;-)

And it's just fitting that I made a box to hold these note cards and envelopes, hence the reason why I had to keep them simple and not many embellishments so they could all fit in the box. I made 6 cards and envelopes and they easily fit with a room for probably a couple more if you don't use too much embellishments.

Isn't it cute?? I was really happy with the results!

The lid measures 7 1/8 x 9 1/8 -  score at  1" and 2" on all sides. Then you cut the 3 edge squares on all 4 sides. Add a strong adhesive only to the long flaps as shown in the picture above, and that is it!!

I love that is double sided paper (FREE) so when you open the box is pretty all around!

As for the bottom of the box, it measures 8 x 10 - score at 1 1/4 and 2 1/2 on all sides and follow the same cutting and adhering as the lid. Easy, right?!

And last but not least, what is a gift without a tag? This one couldn't be simpler. But hey, I was in a hurry! ;)

The Scalloped Tag Topper is such a great tool to have. I reach out to this guy all the time. But how cute is that?! It measures 2 x 3 1/2.

One last pic of them all!

And now all wrapped up and ready for gift giving! ♥

A little side view for you.

Alright everyone, I hope you enjoyed today's post and make sure you check it out the next  Sweet Stampeder. Beautiful projects that you don't want to miss!
Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope to catch you next time! Have a great day!
